Clinton’s Refusals – IG Linick’s Clinton Testimony

Some old video footage from a July 7, 2016 House Oversight Committee recently resurfaced regarding Clinton’s email server. You can find the full transcript here.

Of particular interest were three separate exchanges.

The first exchange between Chairman Jason Chaffetz and State Department Inspector General Steve Linick, a second between Representative Gowdy and Linick, and finally, a third between Representative Grothman and Linick.

As you watch the videos and read the transcripts, recall that the Inspector General Empowerment Act – something current DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz fought long and hard to obtain – had not yet been passed into law.

Had the Inspector General Empowerment Act been law at this point, State Department IG Linick might have been able to produce a very different outcome with ex-Secretary of State Clinton.Continue Reading

Bill Clinton met Canadian investor Frank Giustra in June 2005, during a fund-raiser at Mr. Giustra’s Vancouver home.

Frank Giustra owned UrAsia, a small – and newly formed – uranium company that was seeking to purchase lucrative uranium reserves in Kazakhstan.

The Inspector General’s Quiet Investigation

Via an orchestrated FBI leak, a get-in-front-of-the-news Washington Post article was released yesterday:

The former top FBI official assigned to special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s probe of Russian interference in the 2016 election was taken off that job this summer after his bosses discovered he and another member of Mueller’s team had exchanged politically charged texts disparaging President Trump and supporting Hillary Clinton.

Peter Strzok, as deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI, was a key player in the investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server to do government work as secretary of state, as well as the probe into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election.

During the Clinton investigation, Strzok was involved in a romantic relationship with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who worked for Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

The Post article – along with an accompanying NYT piece, was released only when it became clear that details of an ongoing Inspector General Investigation into the matter would be forthcoming.

An Empty Flynn Investigation & Obama-Clinton Complicity

General Michael Flynn, former National Security Advisor to President Trump, plead guilty to lying to the FBI regarding his conversations with Russia’s ambassador to the United States.

Flynn is pleading guilty to a one-count criminal information. The Statement of the Offense may be found here.

The false-statement charge stems from Flynn’s conversations on December 22, 2016 and December 29, 2016, with Russian ambassador Sergei Kislyak. The first conversation was about an anti-Israel resolution that the Obama administration abstained from, while the second conversation involved sanctions on Russia.Continue Reading

Shepard Smith Ignores Damning Facts in Uranium One Scandal

Uranium One is back in the news thanks to Shepard Smith, who laid out his version of events relating to Uranium One. From Smith’s monologue:

Here’s the accusation. Nine people involved in the deal made donations to the Clinton Foundation totaling more than $140 million. In exchange, Secretary of State [Hillary] Clinton approved the sale to the Russians, a quid-pro-quo.

The Manafort Indictment – Podesta Connections & A Message to Influence Peddlers

Paul Manafort and his long-time protege Richard Gates were both indicted today.

Manafort’s indictment comes as no surprise given the July pre-dawn FBI raid on his home.
