Victor Pinchuk, the Clintons & Endless Connections

March 11, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

I wrote on the role of Alexandra Chalupa – a Ukrainian-American DNC operative – who appears at the center of the DNC’s construction of information used in the Steele Dossier.

The role of former Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland in disseminating the Dossier – along with her involvement in shaping Ukraine – was also discussed.

The name Victor Pinchuk was mentioned.Continue Reading

Grassley’s Letter to Susan Rice – Some Troubling Implications

February 13, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

On February 12, 2018, Senators Charles Grassley and Lindsey Graham issued a press release regarding a February 8, 2018 letter sent to Susan Rice.

Grassley is Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Graham is a Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee and Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Crime and Terrorism.

Grassley and Graham were the same Senators who referred Christopher Steele to the DOJ for criminal investigation – resulting in the Grassley Memo.Continue Reading

A House Intelligence Meeting, a Resignation & a Chat with Bob Goodlatte

January 29, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

The House Intelligence Committee is scheduled to meet today at 5:00pm and will vote on release of the House Memo.

Republicans comprise thirteen members of the Committee. Democrats have nine members.

Expect the vote to be 13-9 in favor of a release.

Following the House Intelligence vote, members will await a formal decision from President Trump who has already stated his intention to allow the Memo’s release – and may have already signed a formal release statement.Continue Reading

Tax Cuts & Deregulation – It’s Really That Simple

January 18, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

We’ve witnessed the greatest creation of value the world has ever experienced.

$8 Trillion in value and counting.

It was always there – it was just waiting to be released. Government simply needed to get out of the way.Continue Reading

An Article Compilation

January 17, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

This post is the result of requests I’ve received from readers to compile articles by category along with a description of each article.

This should prove helpful to those wanting to look into the unfolding FBI/DOJ/Obama Administration scandal surrounding illegal surveillance and collusion.Continue Reading

Some Updates & the Participants

January 9, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

I’ve been working on another more lengthy post, but decided it worthy to pause for a quick update as much is transpiring.

The Daily Caller is reporting that Devin Nunes has received all Department of Justice and FBI documents it possesses on the Trump Dossier. I’ve not yet seen secondary confirmation.

The committee was able to review Friday all FBI and DOJ documents on the Trump dossier, former MI-6 British agent Christopher Steele who authored the dossier, and Fusion GPS, the political opposition firm that hired Steele. DOJ also provided any Obama administration applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court based on the dossier, which could approve the surveillance of the Trump transition team or Trump associates, according to a source with direct knowledge of the case.Continue Reading

Ben Rhodes, Iranian Protests & a Twitter Accounting

January 1, 2018 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

We have a winner!!

The Least Self-Aware Tweet of 2017 Award goes to…

Ben Rhodes – Obama’s “Foreign Policy Advisor”, architect of the spectacularly disastrous Iran Nuclear Deal & failed fiction writer.

Rhodes sent out the following missive after several days of Iranian protests against the ruling Mullahs.Continue Reading

The Strategic Delay of Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333

December 17, 2017 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

On January 3, 2017, Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333 – Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the NSA – was signed into effect.

Agencies and individuals can now ask the NSA for access to specific surveillance simply by claiming the intercepts contain relevant information that is useful to a particular mission. No privacy protection of the raw data occurs.

Under the new rules, sharing of information has been made significantly easier – and the information shared is raw and unfiltered.

Like many, I wondered at the timing of the order. What I found particularly curious was that it was so overdue.Continue Reading

Emerging Details, Damning Timelines & the Obama Administration’s Complicity

December 8, 2017 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

We are discovering incredible, and now daily, revelations surrounding the Mueller Investigation. They approach – and perhaps reach – the highest levels of the Obama Administration.

The FBI’s weaponization by the Obama Administration. The partisan, and quite possibly illegal acts by the Department of Justice. Manipulation of the FISA Court. Illegal Unmasking and Surveillance of American Citizens. The partisan actions of FBI Agent Peter Strzok, who seemingly appears everywhere in the Clinton and Flynn Investigation. The equally partisan actions displayed by DOJ Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr through his interactions with Fusion GPS and the Trump Dossier.

The list is almost endless.Continue Reading

The Inspector General’s Quiet Investigation

December 4, 2017 by Jeff Carlson, CFA

Yesterday, as part of a larger post, I wrote these words:

Via an orchestrated FBI leak, a get-in-front-of-the-news Washington Post article was released yesterday:

The former top FBI official assigned to special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s probe of Russian interference in the 2016 election was taken off that job this summer after his bosses discovered he and another member of Mueller’s team had exchanged politically charged texts disparaging President Trump and supporting Hillary Clinton.

Peter Strzok, as deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI, was a key player in the investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server to do government work as secretary of state, as well as the probe into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia in the 2016 election.

During the Clinton investigation, Strzok was involved in a romantic relationship with FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who worked for Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

The Post article – along with an accompanying NYT piece, was released only when it became clear that details of an ongoing Inspector General Investigation into the matter would be forthcoming.

In that moment, I initially missed the significance contained in that final sentence:Continue Reading
