I believe there’s evidence that abuses have occurred.

American Nationism embraces the concept that our Constitution is superior to International law. It recognizes that our sovereignty implies national ownership of law. American Nationalism contains loyalty to our nation, the shared communal identification with fellow citizens.

It requires maintaining self-governance and full sovereignty free from unwanted outside interference. It requires self-determination. It is not ethnic-based. It occurs when one maintains a national identity based on shared characteristics of our American culture, language, tradition and politics – our way of life – built on the foundation of our Constitution.

American Nationism requires gratitude for our country.

It is our communal identity as American citizens in these United States.

American Nationism is Constitutional Patriotism.

The Law of Unintended Consequences is a fact of life. Humans act when acted upon and generally in their own interest. People and markets adjust their behavior. Often in ways not predicted or planned for.

They heed the law of survival. They weed the bad ideas from the good. They are constantly evolving and adapting.

Major Media Fall for Fake Wuhan Raccoon Dog Story

Recent reports from major media organizations claim that new evidence points to raccoon dogs at the Wuhan Seafood Market as the origin of COVID-19. The story was first reported by The Atlantic, which claimed that the raccoon dog discovery was “the strongest evidence yet that an animal started the pandemic.” The New York Times scrambled to put out a same-day story of their own, titled “New Data Links Pandemic’s Origins to Raccoon Dogs at Wuhan Market.”

Science Magazine, the media outlet that helped Dr. Anthony Fauci seed the natural origin narrative for COVID-19’s emergence, also put out an urgent same-day news story, claiming that “Unearthed genetic sequences from China market may point to animal origin of COVID-19.”Continue Reading

The Strategic Delay of Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333

On January 3, 2017, Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333 – Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the NSA – was signed into effect.

Agencies and individuals can now ask the NSA for access to specific surveillance simply by claiming the intercepts contain relevant information that is useful to a particular mission. No privacy protection of the raw data occurs.

Under the new rules, sharing of information has been made significantly easier – and the information shared is raw and unfiltered.

Trump’s Middle East Speech & the GCC’s Rebuke of Qatar

Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, the Maldives, Yemen and Libya have all announced they are cutting ties with Qatar. The countries have ordered their citizens out of Qatar and have given Qatari citizens residing in their countries fourteen days to return to Qatar. Qatari diplomats are being ejected immediately – within 48 hours. Air travel is restricted immediately and land routes are being blocked.

In a closely coordinated move, Bahrain was the first to break ties with Qatar, followed quickly by Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Yemen, Libya and the Maldives.

At this point, Kuwait and Oman are the only members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) that have retained ties with Qatar (also a GCC member). Don’t be surprised if these countries join as well.

At the risk of understatement, this is significant news – and represents an unprecedented level of coordination between the Arab nations.Continue Reading

The Injustices of Obama’s Department of Justice

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is comprised of 60 Agencies. The organizational view is presented here. There are 93 U.S District Attorneys and 94 Districts (Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands share a District Attorney). The DOJ employs approximately 115,000 individuals with about 35,000 of these contained within the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). In 2015, the DOJ had an operating budget of $31 billion.

And the DOJ is a swamp.

Under Obama, the DOJ was fundamentally pushed to the left by Attorney General Eric Holder and then by his successor, Loretta Lynch. Sally Yates rounded out the Obama appointed DOJ leadership with her famously short stint before being fired by President Trump.

J. Christian Adams—who served in the Department of Justice under President George W. Bush – points to the DOJ’s notoriously left-leaning  Civil Rights Division, saying that “it touches more parts of American’s lives than any federal agency and impacts issues like police, voting, schools, transgender, hiring practices, education.
