Spygate Docs and Trump’s RICO Lawsuit: Exploring the Real Reasons Behind FBI Raid
Originally published on 8/19/22
Following the FBI’s raid of the residence of former President Donald Trump, there’s been much speculation about the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) motivation. Was it done to prevent Trump from running again in 2024, or was the raid related to documents and evidence surrounding the Jan. 6 commission?
While these factors may have had some bearing on the FBI’s raid, some entirely different, and potentially larger, factors may be at play.
It’s likely that the FBI’s raid was driven by intelligence community fears over information that was contained within those documents relating to the Russiagate hoax.Continue Reading
New Senate Report Reveals Deep CCP Involvement With Biosafety Concerns at Wuhan Lab
By Hans Mahncke (originally published on October 28, 2022)
According to a new Senate minority report, the COVID-19 pandemic “was most likely the result of a research-related incident” at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China.
The report was written by the Republican minority on the Senate Committee on Health Education, Labor and Pensions. The fact that the Democrat majority was not involved in it underlines the stark political divide on what should be a purely scientific issue.
Much of the evidence in the Senate minority report was already in the public domain but there are a number of startling new revelations, including the existence of a WIV document acknowledging that a “biosafety problem had occurred at the WIV sometime before November 2019.”Continue Reading
Rosenstein’s Testimony, the Inspector General & 1.2 Million Documents
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appeared before the House Judiciary Committee today.
Rosenstein was fairly circumspect in his comments, leading many to renew speculation that the Deputy AG is aligned against President Trump – and further solidifying views that Mueller’s Investigation is political a witch hunt.
However, when watching these proceedings it’s necessary to overlay all testimony with one important reminder.
There is already a much larger and broader investigation underway. One that started months before the appointment of Robert Mueller as Special Counsel.Continue Reading
Russian Dolls – A NYT Correction & An Intelligence Fabrication
An interesting correction appeared in the New York Times from a Maggie Haberman article on June 25th. I missed the actual correction but was alerted to it by a later article on the matter.
Part of what made the correction interesting was the manner in which the article was rewritten – done in a fashion that made it difficult to see where the correction actually applied – thereby attempting to render the whole correction moot.
Equally interesting was how the correction glossed over the makeup of our intelligence agencies – and inadvertently exposed how the Times – and almost every other news organization – exaggerated the role of the intelligence agencies in promoting the notion of Russian Collusion. It also highlights the roles played by the intelligence agencies actually involved:Continue Reading
What Do We Know About George Papadopoulos
There’s been a lot of speculation about the role of George Papadopoulos. Especially in light of new information covered yesterday.
Initially, I was convinced that Papadopoulos was a nothing more than a pawn in a much larger game. But as new information and a continuation of ever-increasing coincidences came forth, I began to reassess that position.Continue Reading
Pence Breaks Silence on Election Integrity But Ignores His Role in Events of Jan. 6
After more than a month, Mike Pence broke his silence on the events of Jan. 6, stating that “I share the concerns of millions of Americans about the integrity of the 2020 election.”
Pence’s comments came from a March 3, 2021, op-ed for the Daily Signal in which Pence expressed concerns over the integrity of the 2020 presidential election and argued against the passage of H.R. 1, a Democrat-backed bill known as the For the People Act, which essentially federalizes national elections, in part through the restriction and elimination of voter identity verification procedures.Continue Reading
Mulvaney’s Plans for Government Reform
“It’s been almost a hundred years since anybody’s really reorganized the government…We are still dealing with a Government from the early 20th Century.” – Mick Mulvaney
OMB Director Mick Mulvaney is one of my favorites within the Trump Administration. He brings a common sense approach to issues.Continue Reading
Judge Bork’s Olympians & the Danger of Judicial Activism
“Liberals attempt through Judicial Activism what they cannot win at the ballot box” – Rush Limbaugh
“A Constitution is not meant to facilitate change. It is meant to impede change, to make it difficult to change.” – Justice Antonin Scalia
“The role assigned to judges in our system was to interpret the Constitution and lesser laws, not to make them. It was to protect the integrity of the Constitution, not to add to it or subtract from it – certainly not to rewrite it.” – Ronald Reagan
What is Judicial Activism?
Elizabeth Slattery of the Heritage Foundation offers the following from her article, How to Spot Judicial Activism:
“A simple working definition is that judicial activism occurs when judges fail to apply the Constitution or laws impartially according to their original public meaning, regardless of the outcome, or do not follow binding precedent of a higher court and instead decide the case based on personal preference.Continue Reading
Dominion Part of Council That Disputed Election Integrity Concerns in DHS Statement
Dominion Voting Systems used statement, which obscured company’s council membership, to dispute concerns over voting systems
After allegations emerged that called into question the integrity of voting machines produced by Dominion Voting Systems, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)—part of the Department of Homeland Security—issued a statement on Nov. 12 disputing the allegations, saying “the November 3rd election was the most secure in American history.”Continue Reading
